The course 'Arts Management Essentials: Leading Successful Art Organisations' will introduce you to the fundamental managerial and administrative aspects of running an art organization, with a particular focus on large institutions like art museums. By offering a comprehensive insight into how these entities are structured, planned, and efficiently operated, this course empowers you with the essential knowledge and skills to confidently launch your career in arts and cultural management.


Over 8 weeks, we will discover the major functions, operations, and challenges of contemporary art organizations. Each session is tailored to equip you with valuable knowledge and practical skills, covering various facets of arts management.
